7 Day Return Policy
We provide you total peace of mind when you order from Verdure since you have seven days after receiving your order to return any items that are eligible for a refund or return under this policy. Please make sure the product has not been used and that all of the tags, boxes, and other packing are still in place.
We will be happy to accept returns within seven days of the delivery date if you're not happy with your purchase. The date of delivery will be the day and time the delivery executive made the initial attempt to deliver the product, though, if you are not available on the day the delivery executive tries to deliver it and it is delivered to you on a different day or time. Depending on your desire, we will either give you a complete refund or a different item in exchange.
IF I GET A DAMAGED ITEM, THE WRONG PRODUCT, OR MISSING UNITS IN MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Within seven days of receiving the product, please email a picture of the product's outer packing and contents to our customer service at ------------ if an item is discovered to be damaged, inaccurate, or missing units in relation to the amount ordered on our website. As per your desire, we will set up a reverse pickup for the merchandise or another item in its place. Please be aware that replacements depend on the specific product's availability. Additionally, please be aware that exercising this option will only be done at Verdure's sole discretion and in compliance with our Terms of Service.
Please Note:
- Any Fitness Equipment/Accessory/Sports will be valid for replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Any Fitness/Sports/Accessories Equipment will be replaced in case of manufacturing defect, size or color change.
Please be aware that replacements depend on the specific product's availability. Verdure is not liable to make any additional arrangements for replacements. If there is a problem with product availability, you will be informed and a refund will be started. Verdure is under no circumstances responsible for proving such unavailability.
FOLLOWING SHALL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT:
- Damages due to misuse / incorrect use of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item, which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Combos sold won't be taken back/returned as individual units
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without its original box, manufacturer's packaging, and any other accessories that came with the product or products that were delivered. Please be aware that if we pick up an item and it turns out that the original packaging and accessories—including the box, any manufacturer's packaging, and any other items that were originally included with the delivered product or products—are not in order, you will be responsible for paying to have the item returned. If you would like to return or receive a refund, you will need to pay for the expense of having the remaining accessories—such as the box, any manufacturer's packaging, and any other things that were originally included with the product or products—sent to us using Speedpost.
Our 7-Day Return Policy may be superseded by certain special guidelines for promotional deals. Such specific restrictions may be defined, changed, discontinued, or announced at Verdure's sole discretion.
